This coffee is grown in the eastern highlands of Papua New Guinea. Coffee is grown by small landholders and collected into village lots before being sent to a shared mill for processing. The Highlands of PNG are rugged and wild. Our sourcing partners MTC have been working for a time on projects with PNG farmers to improve market accessability, farming and processing methods and the implementation of vital infrastucture like building roads and coffee processing mills. Many people here rely on coffee as their main source of income. We are proud to support them.
Medium body with bright acidity. Flavours of Chocolate, guava and hazelnuts. We roast this coffee to a medium profile so its well balanced, bold and fruity.
